NJ Gott is a 2023 3B/1B, OF with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Northbrook, IL who attends Glenbrook North. Recorded a 7.98 second 60 yard dash time. Primary corner infielder with a passive approach and deep funnel, stiffer footwork, shows good carry across the infield at 80 mph. Developing range and accuracy. Right-handed hitter with a narrow and in line stance and quick load and leg lift. Present hand quickness with an in and out swing path, looks to pull. Ball comes off the bat hard, shows quality bat speed and strength. Stayed on plane all round, upper body rotational swing. Consistently found barrels in the games and showed impressive barrel awareness, collecting multiple hits in each of the three games he played. Excellent student. Named to the National Underclass Showcase- Main Event Top Prospect List.
