Deuntre Dunklin is a 2021 RHP/3B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Montgomery, AL who attends Brewbaker Tech Magnet. Medium frame with room to fill and time to do so. Ran a 7.70 second 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, curls arm back at the top of delivery, varies arm slot for deception to hitters, works mostly from a 3/4 slot but will lower it, fastball topped out at 78 mph with flashes of life at times especially when thrown from lower slot, uses his lower half some driving off of the rubber, mixes in a slider with developing spin and slurvy-type shape. Secondary third baseman, worked out in the infield sitting back on the baseball, young footwork gathering the ball, takes a long arm action into throws with developing arm strength currently. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open stance, smoothness to his path, showed some plate coverage and the ball flashes jump off of his barrel, graded out best at the plate with his middle of the field approach and jump off of the barrel.
