Yzmael Izquierdo is a 2021 RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends McCallum. Medium athletic build with room to get stronger. Cross body delivery, gets his hips well turned over the rubber but not all the way squared out front, high 3/4's arm slot with good downhill angle, not a clean delivery but he repeats it well and throws strikes, hitters didn't appear to see the ball well and has deception. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, high spin rate fastball stays above barrels well when up in the zone. CUrveball was effective, landed it well with good depth, gets on top of it consistently. Rare change up.
