Jameson Walsh is a 2019 RHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Mission Viejo, CA who attends Capistrano Valley HS. Nice pitcher's build with long arms and good present strength. Compact arm action from an on line delivery he repeats well, arm works well. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, maintained his velocity well through his outing, fastball is mostly straight, works to the glove side corner and fills up the zone with his fastball. Curveball is a solid pitch with big downer action to it, tight spin, can use his curveball much more frequently to keep hitters off balance. Most likely throws harder at times, everything works well in his delivery and arm and he has good present strength. Excellent student.
