Jonah Sutton is a 2021 SS/UT with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Collierville, TN who attends Briarcrest Christian. Medium and physical frame with some present strength on the build. Ran a 7.54 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, worked out in the infield with a clean funnel, a bit long with his transfers but the actions are clean, ball comes out clean with good arm strength across the diamond, topped out at 85 mph from shortstop. Righthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a wide base, utilizes a toe tap trigger into his swing for timing, creates a linear swing path from a quiet hand load, stays compact through the hitting zone with a projectable juice. Outstanding student. Named to 2019 Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
