Daniel Harden is a 2023 OF/LHP with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Prairieville, LA who attends Catholic. Long and tall athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. Left handed hitter, hits tall with a lean and lift hitting approach, uphill hitting approach, has some bat speed with more to come, flashes his big power potential. 7.-8 runner, yas young actions in the outfield aside from his speed to the ball, still learning routes to the ball and how to handle his glove, some arm strength to build from. Also pitched, long and loose arm action in back coming to a high 3/4's to over the top arm slot, lower half tends to get out in front of his arm. Fastball sat in the mid-70's, threw strikes well with some downhill angle. Curveball had some 12/6 downer shape. Bat is his tool and especially the power projection. Good student.
