Charlie Martini is a 2020 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-3 155 lb. frame from Schiller Park, IL who attends East Leyden. Tall frame with a slender build and long limbs. Room to add in the future. Ran a 7.25 second 60-yard dash. Primary lefthanded hitter with an over the top arm action with some whip in delivery. Long stride out front with some drive off the back side. Has some cross-fire actions. Repeats mechanics well. Straight fastball topping out at 71 miles per hour. Developing feel for the breaking ball. Also worked out defensively as an outfielder. Long arm action in back with a crow hop transfer. Developing arm strength with accuracy topping out at 75 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with a tall and wider base. High hand set with a leg lift trigger. Flat barrel path with a line drive approach. Very good student as well.
