Drew Butler is a 2019 RHP/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Shady Point, OK who attends Panama HS. Medium athletic build. High 3/4's arm slot from a fairly fast paced delivery, has a soft front side landing and will occasionally pull off the first base side, showed a mature ability to make adjustments on the mound over the course of his outing. Very steady upper 70's fastball, topped out at 80 mph, gets some tilt and occasional cutting action on the pitch. Curveball improved throughout his outing, got good two-plane depth on it and showed feel in the strike zone. Challenged hitters and competed well. Good student.
