Taylor Coble is a 2023 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Norfolk, VA who attends Norview. Medium and lanky frame with square shoulders and room to fill. Ran a 7.79 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield fielding the baseball out in front bending at the waist, takes his arm back to a full arm action creating uphill carry to his target, could utilize additional use of his lower half to create additional arm strength and momentum to his target, topped out at 69 mph from the outfield. Secondary lefthanded pitcher, works on the mound exclusively from the stretch, takes a leg lift up to his belt to begin his delivery, takes him arm back to a full arm action up to a 3/4 arm slot, filled up the zone with his fastball and flashed a 1-7 curveball during his outing. Lefthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with an even stance and a high hand set, takes an inside hand path to the baseball, upper half dominant swing with a flat barrel plane and rotational actions, will improve at the plate with added strength.
