Liam O'Hearen is a 2022 RHP/OF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Madison, NJ who attends Madison. Long and lanky build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. Works from a full high leg raise windup, 3/4's arm slot, has sound mechanics with a loose and easy arm action. Mid-80's fastball, gets nice running life when he's on top of the ball, throws his fastball for consistent strikes. Threw both a change up and slider, change up replicated his fastball well with good arm speed and some fading life, showed feel for spinning a sweeping slider that had some depth on it. Easy to see him improving as he gets stronger, has a 3-pitch mix and the ability to repeat his delivery and throw strikes. 7.12 runner in the sixty. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow and open stance with a small front foot hover, sprays the ball around with a short line drive swing. Good student.
