Gianvito Carriglio is a 2021 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Monterey, CA who attends Palma. Athletic build with some present strength and room for more. Simple delivery with good lower half drive to the plate, stays on line well, quick and fluid arm circle coming through to a high 3/4's arm slot. Upper 70's fastball, topped out at 80 mph, gets some late arm side life to his fastball. Curveball was a solid second pitch with tight 11/5 shape and bite, landed his curveball consistently for strikes. Strike thrower with the ability to mix his pitches. Good student.
