Justin Rodriguez is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Simi Valley, CA who attends Grace Brethren HS. Strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, gliding leg lift load and shift from a spread start, gets to his front side early, looking to pull the ball, best contact is when he gets his hands separated and extended, will tend to get rotational and pull happy and not get that extension, can get the ball to jump and carry with his strength and bat speed. 7.42 runner, shows good arm strength in both the outfield and infield, full arm action with an over the top arm slot, graded out better in the outfield than the infield. Also pitched, has a solid directional delivery. Gets hard running and sinking action on a fastball that touched 83 mph, showed good side to side command, almost all fastball.s Good student.
