Jackson Holliday is a 2022 SS/2B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Stillwater, OK who attends Stillwater. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders a projectable build with room to fill, some present strength to frame already. Ran a 6.69 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fields it out front with two hands, shows softness to glove skills, rounds the ball well, arm strength will continue to develop, clean actions overall, accurate throws and on a line. Left-handed hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; advanced approach in the box, shifts weight and remains balanced throughout. Employs an all fields approach, fluid and easy path through the zone with natural feel for the barrel and easy bat speed. Loose stroke and whippy hands, hard line drive contact all over the field. Very good student. Verbal commitment to Oklahoma State. Selected for the 2021 Perfect Game All-American Classic.
