Wyatt Barajas is a 2019 RHP/3B with a 6-3 225 lb. frame from Ketchikan, AK who attends Ketchikan HS. Big and strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. Primary pitcher who graded out better as a hitter with first base tools defensively, Right handed hitter, strength driven swing with good bat speed, swings hard, stays quiet and balanced and repeats his swing mechanics well, consistently showed power to right centerfield both in games and in batting practice and can get the ball to carry when he gets extended through the ball. Slow and deliberate delivery on the mound, high 3/4's arm slot with some fall off to the first base side on release. Fastball topped out at 76 mph, mostly straight with occasional arm side life. Mid-60's curveball shows some tightness at times and some 12/6 shape. Threw strikes with both pitches and showed the ability to pitch to different parts of the zone. Good student.
