Thomas Romanelli is a 2020 2B/1B, 3B, SS, OF, UT with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Hackettstown, NJ who attends Mt Olive. Medium and young build with broad shoulders and plenty of room to fill and growing still to do with time to do so. Ran a 5.44 second 40 yard dash. Primary second baseman, took reps in the infield fielding the ball out in front with two hands and bending at the waist, developing hands gathering in an upright position, showed some range during drills taking longer strides to backhand, low arm slot throws with developing arm strength. Lefthanded hitter, even stance with a high hand set and a high back elbow, double toe tap trigger, longer downward swing path, gets solid extension through contact, repeats swing well. Great student.
