Daunte Stuart is a 2019 SS with a 5-11 167 lb. frame from The Woodlands, TX who attends The Woodlands HS. Athletically built and projectable body body, 6.83 runner in the 60, moves well and is light on his feet, shows the ability to make plays on the move while playing below the ball. Long arm action that shows some strength while creating carry across the diamond. Hits from a wide base at the plate with a high back elbow set up. Generates solid weight shift into contact and swings the bat with authority, slight lift in the swing and looks to elevate the ball to the pull side of the field. Flashes bat speed with present power, projects for more with consistency in timing. Good student.
