Weston Hickman is a 2018 OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Whitesboro, TX who attends Whitesboro HS. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength while maintaining athleticism. Ran a 6.71 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with aggressive, athletic actions while closing to and working through the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling and working through exchange well. Generated good momentum to the bag while releasing from a long three-quarters slot. Throws produced solid carry to the gap topping at 79 miles per hour. Switch hitter with a slightly crouched, open stance from each side of the plate. Creates some hand coil at load and works to contact with rotational actions. Compact hand path to contact with a line drive barrel plane through extension. Primarily looked to work the baseball to the middle of the field form each side but flashed better lift with some carry from the right side of the plate. Outstanding student.
