Joshua Mobley is a 2019 RHP/ with a 6-1 182 lb. frame from San Marcos, CA who attends Mission Hills. Large frame with broad shoulders and long limbs. Frame projects to support additional strength. Primary right handed pitcher with a smooth paced high leg lift delivery. Stays balanced at gather with slightly coil over back leg. Utilized lower half well while landing in line with the plate on front side. Stays on top of fastball offering well creating solid downward plane through the zone in the mid to upper 70's, topped at 80 miles per hour. Displayed good feel for fastball offering, consistently locating to the bottom quadrants of the zone. Curveball had 12/6 shape with tighter spin and late depth when maintaining arm speed through extension. Consistently challenged hitters while effectively changing speeds.
