Arthur Kowara is a 2019 1B/ with a 6-4 215 lb. frame from Toronto, ON who attends Michael Power-St. Joseph. Large frame with strong, physical build; good strength throughout. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.59 seconds. Hits from even-based stance with toe tap trigger, hands work well through swing, gets barrel moving early and uphill, wants to drive the ball into the air and does so successfully, good power to the pullside, projects well for more power, good hitting tools. Looked good at first base as well, athletic movements to and through the ball, stays balanced through footwork and makes turn well, clocked up to 76 mph on throws. Very good student, named to 2018 Northeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
