Andrew Woodward is a 2021 SS/2B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Holmdel, NJ who attends Holmdel. Medium and lean frame with room to fill. Ran a 5.41 second 40 yard dash. Primary shortstop, worked out in the infield with sound footwork and clean actions, hands play the baseball out in front, showcased the ability to manipulate arm slots with accuracy and intent, average arm strength across the diamond topped out at 77 mph. Lefthanded hitter, strides into contact with a small leg lift trigger, loads hands deep into the start of his swing, young strength off of the barrel with developing pop, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength, creates a level barrel plane to produce line drive contact when squared.
