2019 PG Fall Top Prospect National Showcase
Ethan Tuttle is a 2021 SS/2B with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Lexington, KY who attends Lafayette HS. Recorded a 6.78 second 60-yard dash time. Athletic frame with a slender build and plenty of room to fill out. Primary shortstop with clean actions to the ball and accurate throws across the diamond. Good strides with some range to the glove side. Whips the arm well with a compact arm stroke and throws recorded up to 84 mph across the diamond. Arm strength also plays well from secondary position of the outfield where throws were recorded up to 85 mph. Lefthanded hitter with a small leg lift trigger forward, high hand set, and a low back elbow. Downhill swing and works the ball to all fields. Looks to get the barrel out in front of the plate and work gap to gap. Good student.
