Cam Kennedy is a 2019 OF/ with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Centennial, CO who attends Smoky Hill. Medium and skinny frame, long limbs with room to fill throughout. Ran a 6.64 second 60 yard dash, quick athlete with speed that shows up in game. Primary outfielder, charges the baseball hard attacking it well, fields the baseball to the side gaining some ground into throws but could gain more for added zip to throws, compact arm action into throws, athletic movements to actions but could be more fluid, developing arm strength. Switch hitter, narrow base, big leg kick, developing feel from the right side. Similar set up from the left side with a lower hand set, much more fluid from left side with better barrel to ball skills, drops hands from low hand set into load, could shift weight more into contact for added pop, pull side approach. Good student.
