2020 Gulf Coast Prospect Showcase
Zane Stokes is a 2022 MIF/IF, OF, UT with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Mobile, AL who attends Mobile Christian. He ran a 7.00 second sixty. A primary middle infielder with a medium frame and braid shoulder with room to fill. The glove works out front on the infield with good feel, he showed a clean stranger as he shuffled into his throws with a compact arm action and quick release from multiple angles. He showed good hands speed at the plate with a balanced start, the barrel is short and simple through the zone with some whip at contact, he showed some juice to the gaps with the ability to leverage the ball and create backspin. Named to the 2020 Gulf Coast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect list. Very good student.
