JonMichael Cader is a 2021 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Monroe, LA who attends Ouachita Christian HS. Large athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger, lots of physical projection. Right handed hitter, hits from a very narrow stance with a stride into contact, extends the barrel well and hits through the ball, fluid swing when his stride is on time, shows power potential to the middle and opposite fields, has some late lift in his swing, good game swings to show his power. 7.03 runner, shows good arm strength at third base and gets carry on his throws, tends to come up a bit early on the ball. Also pitched, over the top arm action, mechanical delivery. Upper 70's fastball with some sink or cut at times, has good feel for a 12/6 curveball and showed some depth and tightness to it, curveball was his swing and miss pitch. Excellent student.
