Michael Carreon is a 2021 OF/RHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Rancho Cucamonga, CA who attends Alta Loma. Medium, athletic frame with present strength proportioned well throughout frame. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front with two hands, deliberate actions moving towards the ball and can incorporate additional lower half into release, shows carry and accuracy on throws. Righthanded hitter, begins with a balanced set in the box, utilizes an easy load and trigger for timing at the plate. Does a nice job of staying short and compact to the ball, shows a feel for the barrel and can work to the gaps, flashes carry off of the barrel when squared. Excellent student.
