Maurice Gomez is a 2020 OF/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Acworth, GA who attends North Cobb Christian. Medium and skinny frame with room to fill throughout. Ran a 6.70 second 60 yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well to the baseball fielding it cleanly with fluidity and footwork, works over his front side with a quick release, present arm strength in the outfield topping out at 87 mph from the outfield. Righthanded hitter, gets the lower half going into his swing with quickness to his hands, extends moderately well through contact with young strength off of the barrel, line drive contact with an approach to all fields, flashed potential pop with added strength to frame. Good student.
