Ping Chun Ho is a 2015 RHP with a 6-2 176 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL. Large frame with a lean, athletic build and wiry strength. Primary right handed pitcher with a short rock to high leg kick delivery. Works with good rhythm and tempo. Stays tall on backside and strides towards the plate with good directional drive. Front side lands at a slightly closed position producing some crossfire action at release. Spins off front heel and opens lower half but manages to get over front side well. Primarily released from a three-quarters arm slot and created some downward plane to the plate that flashed solid running action to arm sink with slit sink. Curveball had 9/4 shape with tight rotation and late, deep sweep to arm side. Maintains arm speed well with curveball offering creating good deception to hitter. Changed eye level with fastball and moved the baseball to both sides of the plane. Curveball proved to be a tough pitch to hit later in counts, induced consistent weak contact throughout each inning of work. Named to the 2017 World Uncommitted Top Prospect List.
