Michael McAloose is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Bishop Verot. Medium frame with room to fill and time to do so. Ran a 7.25 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, comes through the baseball well with athleticism present in his infield actions, took a good round of repetitions with a good transfer and accuracy to the bag, lots of projection still to do with frame as well as his actions, above average arm strength for age topping out at 81 mph across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, slightly open stance with a leg lift trigger, bat speed present, hands load into body, bat path stays flat to and through the point of contact, rotational actions to the upper half, potential pop with added strength to frame. Great student.
