Cameron Kouwenhoven is a 2020 RHP/OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Longwood, FL who attends Lake Brantley HS. Medium frame with a slender build and lots of room to fill out. Primary pitcher who only threw during the event. Low effort delivery from the stretch only with a leg lift above the waist. Uses lower half well with good balance. Clean direction toward the plate with a small arm circle and a high three-quarters arm slot. Fastball topped out at 74 mph with some slight arm side run at times. Bigger curveball that he can land in the zone for strikes with 11/5 shape. Slider is another quality secondary offering more used for garnering chases. Good student.
