Milan Cruz is a 2019 2B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Leander, TX who attends Hyde Park Baptist School. Medium athletic build with some present strength. Left handed hitter, has a short swing with hands tight to his body through the zone, stays well timed and is fluid in his trigger and shift into contact, swings hard and creates good bat speed, flashed some pop and lift. 7.48 runner, reads hops well on defense and has balance and soft hands at the ball, has a quick release and plenty of arm strength for second base. Plays with energy and uses his physical tools to their maximum. Very good student.
