Julian Jackson is a 2019 OF/IF with a 5-7 175 lb. frame from Bothell, WA who attends North Creek HS. Medium frame with an athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary outfielder with smooth, deliberate footwork while closing to the baseball. Clean glove actions while working through the baseball with smooth glove to hand exchanged. Released from a compact three-quarters arm slot producing very accuracy carry to the bag at 78 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a balanced stance. Simple lower half shift into contact and swung with intent. Utilized a mid field approach and showed the present bat speed and strength to drive the baseball through the gaps. Consistently barreled baseball throughout producing hard contact. Good student as well.
