Nicholas Lindholm is a 2020 1B/LHP/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Kennewick, WA who attends Kamiakin HS. Medium frame with young, athletic present build; good projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.90 seconds. Coils back into load when hitting, uncoils well online but doesn't shift weight entirely into swing. Shows ability to both spray line drives to opposite field as well as turn barrel with authority and sting the ball to the pull field. Showed good ability to repeat swing, strong lower half, will unlock more power with continued incorporation of lower half. Worked out defensively in a pair of spots. Clean actions at 1st base with smoothness and good footwork, made accurate throws across the diamond up to 70 MPH. Also worked in outfield, threw up to 73 MPH. Pitched as well, longer arm stroke to high three quarters arm slot, fastball worked 68-71 MPH with a bit of sink. Showed curveball with 1/7 shape and lots of depth, flashed changeup with good velocity differential. Good student.
