Tyler Williamson is a 2018 MIF/RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Liberty HS. Medium square shouldered build. Right handed hitter, hits from a very wide base with an upper half rotational swing, gets out to his front side on time, works mid field to opposite with a line drive swing plane. 7.35 runner, 4.72 home to first. Has active feet defensively and works through the ball well, fields out front with soft hands, lower arm slot but gets good carry on the ball. Also pitched and was solid on the mound. Tall delivery with a good him turn, high 3/4's arm slot, medium effort at release, generates good downhill plane. Fastball topped out at 82 mph, gets late running life on the pitch. 12/6 downer curveball had good depth to it, flashed a change up. Threw strikes and had an effective inning. Good student.
