Brocker Way is a 2021 OF/RHP/IF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Loganville, GA who attends Loganville HS. Compact build with good present strength. Left handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a big leg lift trigger, gets to his front side early at times, has a short and quick swing with some present bat speed and jump off the barrel when he's pulling the ball. 7.05 runner, works through the ball aggressively in the outfield, has a quick arm and gets some carry on his throws. Also plays infield, arm strength solid there as well but glove actions need more repetitions. Took a turn on the mound, low 3/4's arm slot, accelerates hard to the plate. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, keeps it low in the zone and gets very good sinking and running life, ground ball pitcher. Change up was a nice secondary pitch, good arm slot and arm speed with some fading life. Did not observe a breaking ball. Versatile player who plays with energy. Good student.
