Jake Crumley is a 2020 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Canton, GA who attends Cherokee HS. Recorded an 8.55 second 60-yard dash time. Compact present frame with some present well-proportioned strength to the frame. Primary catcher with deliberate actions behind the dish. Uphill throws with currently developing arm strength recorded up to 68 mph but good accuracy. Room to improve with additional usage of lower half. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a side step into a high leg lift. Slight pause at the balance point with a full arm stroke and a higher three-quarters arm slot. Drives well off the back leg and mixed in a curveball. Lefthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a downhill swing plane. Gets some bat speed through the point of extension out in front. Will pull off some but can also go to the opposite field with intent. Good student.
