Coltin Reynolds is a 2021 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-4 210 lb. frame from Powell, TN who attends Powell. Large and sturdy frame with present strength on the build. Ran an 8.36 second 60 yard dash. Primary lefthanded pitcher, starts windup with a side rocker step up to a high leg lift, bends at balance point as front leg comes down the mound, could utilize lower half more driving off of the rubber, full arm action up to an over the top arm slot, gets out over front foot well as he lands, plenty of effort at release. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, attacks with the pitch and is able to locate it well, mixes in a curveball with 1-to-7 shape. Secondary first baseman, fields the baseball in a high gathering position, hands play out in front shuffling well into release. Lefthanded pitcher, sets up with a slightly open stance, strides forward into contact keeping hands back in a nice position to hit, could work on balance as front foot lands, flashes some strength at impact, pull side approach.
