2016 Pitcher Catcher Showcase
Robert Bundy is a 2017 C/3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Wichita, KS who attends Andover HS. Has a larger frame, large build, clear sign of present strength with room to continue to fill out physically as he continues to put on additional muscle. From behind the plate, has a good balanced setup. Showed good actions and presence while doing a nice job of receiving pitches, effective movements overall. Arm strength displayed was up to 75 MPH with developing actions while popping as low as 2.09 seconds. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a slightly open stance, high hand set, and a deep hand load trigger. Balanced swing with a line drive approach, looks to hit the ball back up the middle, path is slightly sweeping. Excellent student.
