Kenneth Carrillo is a 2016 RHP/ with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Montebello, CA who attends Montebello. Carrillo has a lanky body with a lean build. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a longer arm action with a slight stab in back. He uses a full windup with a slower paced delivery. He showed the ability to throw his fastball to both sides of the plate with slight movement on it. Carrillo gets some down plane on his fastball and he was able to work down in the zone well with it. He throws an 11/5 slider at 75 MPH with some slight downward action to it. He also throws a curve ball at 68 MPH with some occasional shape to it. Carrillo showed some strike throwing ability and was able to throw 3 pitches for strikes when he repeated his delivery. Very good student.
