Wilton Pittman is a 2020 1B/LHP, OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Bascom, FL who attends Marianna. Medium frame with present strength in build. Ran a 7.20 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary first baseman. Gets to the ball with athleticism and moves through. Clean footwork on turns and working off the base. Gets the ball out with carry to the bags topping out at 81 miles per hour. Also worked out from the outfield. Athletic steps to the ball fielding out front. Clean and quick exchanges with a short crow hip transfer. Clean releases with online carry to the bag topping out at 83 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with a slightly open stance to start and a leg lift trigger for timing. Hands stay tight working through a line drive plane. Stays short to contact getting the ball to the middle of the field with consistency. Can create jump of the barrel when out front. Secondary lefthanded pitcher working through a side step delivery into medium leg lift. Creates angle to the plate with a quick arm action. Can create plane on the fastball showing life through the zone at 84 miles per hour. Mixes in a looping curveball as well as a straight changeup as off-speed options.
