Wayne Killion is a 2016 1B/OF/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Boardman, OR who attends Riverside HS. Large frame with well-proportioned and strong present build; body still projects moving forward. Posted a 7.63 60 yard dash time. Hits with big stride forward on front leg, does not transfer weight from backside forward into contact, line drive swing plane with opposite-field approach. Made solid contact consistently to the opposite field on a line and on the ground. Showed some ability to elevate the baseball and more power will come with continued development. Worked out defensively at 1st base. Showed solid ability to spin and throw to both 2B and 3B after fielding cleanly, velocity from 1B topped at 67 MPH. Good student.
