Caleb Stubbings is a 2019 2B/SS with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend. Large frame with a lean, athletic build. Ran a 7.08 sixty-yard dash. Primary second baseman with deliberate footwork while centering the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling out front and working through back hand. Long arm circle at separation and released from a three-quarters slot. Throws produced accurate carry across the infield topping at 80 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a balanced, even stance. Works to contact on a direct, inside path generating a line drive plane through extension. Primarily worked to the middle of the field but flashed the barrel skills to work the other way as well. Good student.
