Andrew Stanley is a 2018 C/2B with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Searcy, AR who attends Searcy HS. Shorter compact build with good present strength. Quick and agile defender behind the plate, plays with energy and does lots of small things, uses his lower half well throwing, clean transfer and exchanges, accurate throws, also plays the infield. Right handed hitter, again uses his lower half well in his mechanics to generate bat speed, has a loose swing with good bat speed, consistent hard pull line drive contact. Good student, verbal commitment to Arkansas.
