Chrystian Mervilus is a 2018 SS/ with a 5-5 132 lb. frame from King George, VA who attends Riverdale Baptist. Mervilus has a lean build with room to fill out and add strength. Hits from a square stance with high hands and back elbow. Short line drive swing plane with quickness in hands. Hands are direct to the ball and makes good contact with carry off barrel. Has good bat speed and good strength in swing. Made consistent contact. Defensively, has good footwork and hands. Quick transfer and release with accurate throws through the bag.
