Jackson Sherrill is a 2019 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Brentwood, TN who attends Ravenwood HS. Very strong and athletic frame with present size and physicality. Recorded a 7.13 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman who showed good lateral agility. Throws were online and had carry. Made all of the plays; also worked out in the outfield. Showed good footwork and athletic actions. Throws had carry and had good raw positional tools. Up to 82 mph on the mound and utilized a quick delivery with quality arm speed. High three-quarter arm slot and showed good command of his pitches to the low corner on the arm side. Used the curveball to rack up swings and misses low in the zone; the curve showed 12/6 shape. Showed very good strength with a leg lift trigger as a timing mechanism. Fly-ball oriented swing path and showed the ability to barrel line drives to all fields. Big performer in game with a short and crisp swing. Named to the 2017 Sunshine Southeast Showcase Top Prospect Team. Great student.
