Ethan Watt is a 2017 3B/IF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Corona, CA who attends Santiago HS. Watt has a medium sized frame with a lean build. Defensively he has sounds footwork to the baseball with solid actions through the baseball. Watt has clean transfers and a clean release with arm strength up to 74 MPH. He showed solid actions in game at 3B and made the plays. At the plate Watt starts with a slightly open stance and uses a hanging leg lift trigger. He starts with a high back elbow with a high hand set. Watt has a wrapped barrel at load and has some weight shift to his swing. He has some lift to his swing and showed some bat speed. Very good student.
