Kody Fulp is a 2017 OF/RHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from China Spring, TX who attends China Spring HS. Big and strong athletic build, lower half is especially strong, long arms. Right handed hitter, open stance, aggressive swing approach with an uppercut swing plane, leans back his upper half and looks to lift, has some raw power now and will have plenty more as he matures, power future. 7.17 runner, short and quick arm action, ball carries well, right field look and tools. Also pitched, high 3/4's arm slot, pulls front side off early in high energy delivery, tends to fall off on release. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight, short breaking slurve type breaking ball. Projectable young athlete.
