Joshua Rego is a 2017 2B/RHP/3B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Walnut Creek, CA who attends Campolindo. Tall athletic build with good strength and room for more. First base tools and profile defensively, rotational thrower with developing arm strength, 8.13 runner. Best tools are on offense, right handed hitter with an upper body rotational swing. limited lower half use, stays balanced with a long and fluid swing, shows some raw bat speed and ability to lift the ball, pull approach, projects with more lower half use offensively. Good student.
