Gray Goodrich is a 2017 RHP/3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Yorktown, VA who attends Tabb High School. Medium build and frame, square shoulders, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.54 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher, hand raise over head, short stride to the plate, quick arm, medium arm action, crossfire element, and threw from a three quarter arm slot. Uptempo delivery with good pace and aggressive on the mound. Fastball comes out clean with arm side life at 80-83/84 mph with developing command. Flashed ability to get to both sides and was effective in on right handed hitters. Changeup showed showed short sink at 74 mph. Curveball showed depth with 11/5 shape and some feel for spin. Also showed a slider at 71 with sweeper action and big depth. At the plate, started with an open stance and a high hand set. Linear swing with developing lower half incorporation and raw bat speed. Named to Top Prospect List.
