Timothy "TJ" Worley is a 2020 C/1F with a 5-8 170 lb. frame from Dallas, GA who attends North Paulding High School.Medium frame and strong build. Ran a 7.02 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, worked out behind the plate in drills and flashed athletic actions and clean footwork paired with consistent clean transfers, which resulted in his throws having carry and accuracy to bases. Still developing arm strength but did have an impressive 2.01 second best pop time in drills. Secondary infielder, his athleticism behind the plate translates to the infield. Smooth actions with the glove and confident with strong, accurate throws across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, showed rhythm in the box and good feel for the barrel which resulted in a lot of hard hit, loud contact in drills and game situations. Currently has quick hands and wrists which generates impressive bat speed, with a short, quick, and compact, line-drive swing path. Good student.
