Bo Minor is a 2017 MIF/C with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Paris, IL who attends Paris HS. Shorter young build, young features. Shows good quickness both at second base and behind the plate, gets rid of the ball quickly with a compact arm action. Tends to field the ball underneath him in the field, is better on the move when he can reach for the ball out in front. Young catching fundamentals, cross body thrower with a low arm slot. Right handed hitter, open stance, moves into contact well and gets to his front side, loose swing with some extension through contact, flashes some young bat speed and has good contact skills, recognized off speed pitches and keeps his hands back well, has an idea how to hit and should keep improving with physical maturity and additional strength.
